This festival aims to promote traditional music, but above all to allow brass orchestras to be more affirmative.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is of a competitive nature and the best participants receive awards:<\/p>\n<p>Participants and competitors are judged by a professional jury; professors in music education at the Skopje Music Academy.
